FBLA

Future Business Leaders of America

FBLA prepares student members for college and careers through a variety of leadership, community service, and academic activities.

FBLA members demonstrate their leadership skills through community service projects, fundraising activities, and chapter officer positions.

Yearly Community Service Projects:

FBLA organizes a Thanksgiving Basket(s) for local families in need

FBLA organizes gift donations for a local family in need, providing all of their gifts for the holiday, wrapped and delivered!

Conferences:

National Fall Leadership Conference: Held out of state, FBLA members may have the opportunity to attend with other FBLA chapters from all over the United States. Members attend business and leadership workshops and have the opportunity to network with students and business connections from all over the country. It is a fun time traveling, meeting new people, and new experiences!

State Leadership Conference: Held every spring in Portland. FBLA members spend two days participating in business and leadership related competitions and workshops. It is a fantastic time with lots of fun activities, events, and guest speakers!

Student of the Quarter Assemblies:

FBLA organizes, sponsors, and delivers the Student of the Quarter Awards at the quarterly Mt. Blue Campus assembly. Members volunteer to speak to develop public speaking skills, and also to guide parents to the assembly.

If you’re interested in developing leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, FBLA is the organization for you.
